About the programme
Learn to lead complex digital commerce decisions
The Digital Commerce Programme is executive education for professionals who need to connect strategy, business, technology and operations.
It starts from one premise: digital commerce is more than ecommerce. It is a value system formed by channels, data, platforms, payments, logistics, marketing, customers, partners and monetisation models.
You will learn to interpret company context, identify the problems that truly constrain growth, assess maturity, structure defensible proposals and turn multiple initiatives into an executable roadmap.
The programme combines concepts, frameworks, business cases, collaborative exercises, diagnostic tools and a final assessment based on executive decisions.
